Booking Terms And Conditions

Thank you for reserving a table at Goodliffes. As an independent restaurant, we greatly appreciate reservations being honored. If you need to modify your booking, please do so at your earliest convenience via the amendment link in your confirmation email or by contacting our team at 01509 234 300, who will be happy to assist you.

We also ask that you kindly inform us of any special requests, allergies, or dietary requirements in your party so we can accommodate them accordingly.

For bookings of 9 or more guests, or for special events, we require a deposit of £5 per person.

For set menu events, such as Valentine’s Day, Graduation, or Christmas, a cancellation fee of £5 per person may be applied. Additionally, for any reductions in guest numbers made within 24 hours of your booking, we reserve the right to charge £5 per person. Your card details are securely stored with a third party, Stripe, and will only be charged if our cancellation policy is not adhered to.

Unfortunately, our policy is necessary due to previous instances of late cancellations or no-shows.

If you anticipate being late, we kindly ask that you notify us, as we can only hold tables for 15 minutes without prior contact.
